This might actually be the most meaningful of all my posts so far.I came across these while site-skipping, so i thought i'd share this with you guys. Think some of you might've read it before. "For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.. " People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; so never throw out or turn away anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others. "Life is so short and fragile Lets smile more and love more You never know how much something or someone means to you until it is gone so make the best of it" Thought i'd just touch on the li'l snippets of life, the many things and people i might have taken for granted. I'm sorry if i have done so, and i ask of those of whom i may have disappointed, those of whom i might not have thanked enough, for anything or everything you have done for me, for forgiveness, and another chance to make things up. Especially those dearest to me; My precious Family, The one man i love so much, and my dear friends. For i've come to realise that life really IS too short to take any single moment of it for granted, or to let it just slip by. So instead of just whizzing past life, why not take a moment to pause, and look around you? There might be so much more for us to live for, than what we have been chasing after for a good many years of our lives. Its not too late, still. =) |
