Sweetheart called me early this morning, just when i was about to reach the office. I think that was the best thing that has happened to me ALL WEEK! The moment i heard his voice, i was like OMG!! @#$%^)(*&^%$##$%^!! <------ (FYI, this isn't a string of curse words, this is an expression of excitement and exhiliration and happiness and everything everything everything.) But of course i had to contain myself because i was waiting for the lift at the lobby and there was a horde of people there too. haa. So i just maintained my composure and spoke to honey dearest as per normal when i actually wanted so much to scream " I MISSED YOU SO MUCH DARLING"!! into the receiver. LOL. I've been chirpy ever since; i think i actually can feel a skip in my every step and a tiny hum under my breath when no one's around. Sweet, sweet love of mine, THIS, is how much power you wield. Never, ever, underestimate the power of words, the power of voice. =) |
