hello 2008. new years's eve - but just any other day.i really don't know what to say. I know i'm definitely not mad or upset at him. I mean afterall, he did promise that he wouldnt be workin tonight, and thats also why he slogged it out for like, almost 4 nights each week for abt say, 2 weeks? they guaranteed and promised dear that he wouldnt have to work, only those that didnt work for that week would hafta work on the public hols. But.. they got shorthanded again. oh well. This is the industry, and its demands. Promises don't stand well in this trade, i guess. i just hope dearie doesnt wear himself out. -------------- darling just called, turns out he fell ill and won't be workin tonight. The poor dear. I dont know if i should feel happy or sad, happy that he isn't workin, sad that he's unwell. As much as i'd want him to take a break from work for awhile, take a breather and recover from the fatigue and all, i would rather him be well. Sure hope his fever goes away soon. If not he'd get really bad body aches too. especially his knees. =( it'll be the new year when the clock hits 12 tonight. It'll be our anniversary, too. Happy 5th month dear (or as u like to count it, 6th month). You have no idea how much i love you sweetheart. |
